Chalet de BonneNuit - Valloire

We rent our family chalet in Valloire, one of the largest ski resort in Maurienne. With more than 300m² (+terrace and garden) spread over 4 levels the chalet can accommodate 14 people in 5 bedrooms (6 double beds + 2 single beds) and 4 bathrooms.

Bonnenuit is the last hamlet of Valloire on the way to the Col du Galibier at almost 1800m altitude. We are 3km from the hamlet of Verneys (chairlift to access the ski area) and 6km from the center of Valloire. You are in the ideal place to enjoy the calm of the hamlet surrounded by mountains while being less than 10 minutes from everything that Valloire has to offer.

Access via an exterior staircase or via the ground floor. You will find a large room of more than 80m² including living room, dining room and open kitchen. An entrance hall, WC with separate hand basin.

You can park up to 4 cars in front of the house (to the left of the stairs). Snow removal from the parking lot/access is included with the rental. If you are not sure you can go down the path by car, you can park in the car park at top of the path. The gravel path from the parking lot is one-way going downhill.

Some ideas for activities around the hamlet of Bonnenuit on foot from the house:

In summer, you can leave from the house to reach the Aiguilles d’Arves refuge. After ~2 hours of climbing, have a drink or lunch at the refuge with a beautiful view of the valley and the hamlet.
In winter, you can leave from the chalet for snowshoe walks or cross-country skiing.
La Ferme des Etroits at the bottom of the hamlet offers tours (by appointment) and a selection of cheeses, jams and cold meats direct from the farm.
First flight in a microlight. In winter departure from the slopes and in summer from the altiport 5 minutes walk from the house. A unique view of the mountains.

For more peace of mind (and less traffic jams), rentals are for a full week, from Sunday to Sunday. Arrival from 5 p.m. and departure no later than 10 a.m.

Terms of Payment :

30% deposit on the day of reservation, refunded if the stay is canceled at least 30 days before the start of the reserved stay.
Payment of the balance of the rental price no later than 3 weeks before arrival.
Provide a deposit check of 1500 euros on arrival.
